Find the right place for your question, whether you play, organise hits, offer stringing or help run a venue.

Automated account and service emails come from notifications@playhitters.co.uk. Replies go to our support inbox.
For a safety concern about a player, hit, update or Watch entry, signed-in members can also use its Report action to include the relevant item with their report.
Include the relevant page URL, account email, order or case reference and the minimum detail needed to understand the issue. For a bug, describe what you tried and any error shown. Do not send passwords, card or bank details, identity documents, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information. The Privacy notice explains how support information is handled.
For a hit or Stringing service, contact the named organiser or stringer first about the arrangement, work, cancellation or refund. Keep the hit or order reference so the right arrangement can be found.
Stripe may retain its original processing fee after a refund, and the seller bears it. Before a hit starts, where it remains editable and everyone agrees, changing its time or offering a free replacement can avoid an unnecessary cancellation. These options do not remove a player's legal rights. Read the payment and refund terms.
Search Explore first: a location may offer both courts and stringing. If a club, playing venue or racket stringer is missing, send a venue request to support@playhitters.co.uk. Include its name, full address or postcode, official website and why it should be listed. Public venue or governing-body information can support the request; do not send private staff or customer information.
Requests do not guarantee publication. PlayHitters checks the location and basic facts before an administrator adds it, and a new venue stays outside public discovery until its required checks are complete.
Open its venue page to request management access and explain your role in the club or business. Use the venue's correction action for an inaccurate listing. Approved managers can maintain their assigned venues and review the work available to them; contributors publish only within their granted permissions. The venue guide explains these different routes.
Apply for provider approval in My tennis → Payments with your public provider details and a short private description of your service. Once approved, with venue-management access and Stringing enabled at the venue, set up prices, string options, turnaround and handover in Manage venues. No LTA claim is needed. Pay at venue needs no Stripe account; offering online payment requires a ready Stripe account and online payments to be available. Customers see the price before requesting, and online payment follows acceptance. Read the Stringing guide.
