Organise a social game, deliver coaching or offer dedicated hitting practice with clear places, prices and next steps.

Decide who the hit is for, what you will do and what players need to bring. Arrange the court and check permission, availability and access rules before publishing. Use a listed Play venue and an available surface.
Community confirmation unlocks full Community hosting. With a provisional claim, Starter hosting allows one non-repeating Community hit at a time, free or with costs paid at the venue. Coaching and Paid hitting also require provider approval. Settings → Identity & confirmation shows your playing and hosting progress.
Social games, practice and matches with other players. Choose Social, Structured practice or Match play, then Singles, Doubles or Group. Groups let you organise drills, a social gathering or a larger practice session with a clear capacity and plan.
Community play can be free or share genuine arrangement costs such as the court. It does not charge for someone's time. Explain the cost and who collects each amount, including any venue guest fee. A WTN submission plan is available for eligible Singles or Doubles Match play, with each participant's response recorded before external submission.
Describe the skills you will teach, the intended level and what a learner can expect from the session. Choose 1-to-1, Doubles or Group. Doubles coaching has three learner places when you play and four when you coach from the side; Group capacity counts learners separately from you.
Apply for provider approval in My tennis → Payments. Save your public provider details, choose Coaching and briefly describe your background and the service you plan to offer. An administrator reviews the application; the supporting information stays private. You can apply before completing any hits, and use the administrator confirmation route if your LTA claim is not yet community-confirmed.
Publish once both provider approval and community confirmation are complete. You remain responsible for applicable qualifications, insurance, safeguarding and venue permissions. Platform approval and Stripe setup do not certify your professional credentials.
Set an all-inclusive service price and any genuine additional arrangement costs. You can make every cost Pay at venue without a Stripe account. Complete Stripe setup only if you want to collect an amount online.
Focused practice and match play with a dedicated hitting partner. Explain the pace, playing level, drills or match format you can offer so players can judge whether the session suits them.
Apply for provider approval in My tennis → Payments: save your public provider details, choose Paid hitting and add a short private description of your background and planned service. You can apply before building a playing record; use administrator review for community confirmation if needed.
Once approved and community-confirmed, choose Paid hitting in Create a hit, set the format, style and service price, and describe what is included. Pay at venue needs no Stripe account; online collection needs a ready Stripe account.
Use Ignore for a request you cannot accept. It quietly closes that request for this hit, sends no rejection email and prevents the same player requesting that hit again. Only acceptance secures a free or Pay at venue place; an online place still needs payment.
While you create a hit, this tab can save one draft for your account, available to restore for up to 24 hours after the last edit. When you return in the same tab, choose Restore draft to continue or Start fresh to discard it. Keep the page open if draft saving is unavailable in your browser.
Restoring starts at Session so you can review the venue, dates, players and prices again. Contact sharing, provider details and venue-payment instructions are not saved in the draft and need checking again. Publishing or signing out in that tab clears it; drafts do not sync between devices.
Opening an explicit Repeat starts from that hit's setup instead of an unrelated saved draft. If you start Create from a particular venue, that venue takes precedence over the draft's venue.
Eligible hosts can use the repeat options during creation to publish a bounded set of occurrences. Each occurrence has its own participants and payment state. Review each date and arrange its court; creating a series does not book courts or sign players up automatically.
Activity's Play together again section lets you repeat a completed group's setup as a fresh arrangement. Contact nobody automatically: share the new hit and let people request it.
Before an open or full hit starts, use Edit title and description to change its public text. This hit only is the default. For a series, This and future hits shows the eligible dates before you save. Different text on other dates is preserved unless you explicitly include it. Text edits leave times, surfaces, prices, players and payments unchanged.
Before the current start, use Edit time and surface while the hit is open or full and editable. Agree changes with the group, check the venue and post an update. If you cancel, read the refund consequence first. After the scheduled end, eligible hits complete automatically; use Activity for factual attendance corrections or to record that the whole hit did not happen.
