See what needs attention, manage your arrangements and use your recorded activity to keep playing.
Overview brings together your next hit, requests, deadlines, Stringing steps and confirmation progress. Open an item for its next action. Assigned Venue Managers and administrators review confirmation requests in their own workspaces; Identity & confirmation links to the available route.
The next-hit card provides the arrangement, directions and calendar actions where available. A calendar entry is a reminder of the plan; check the current arrangement for changes.
My hits brings together the hits you join and organise. All shows both; Joining keeps secured places, requests and payment updates; Organising keeps your hits and incoming request reviews. Past hits opens Activity. Stringing contains your customer orders and the next payment, handover or collection step.
Payments gives you a financial summary and links back to the relevant hit or Stringing order. Providers also manage their approval application, public provider details and optional Stripe setup here. For Stringing work you deliver, use your assigned venue's management workspace.
Activity shows completed participation, scheduled court time, a calendar and your recorded hit history. Use its period choices to explore recent activity or Lifetime. Move between calendar months and select a day to inspect its recorded hits. The recorded-history totals can also include arrangements that did not complete, so read the label attached to each total.
Play together again groups the people you completed hits with. Repeat reuses a setup for a new arrangement; it does not automatically contact that group. Recorded activity is based on PlayHitters arrangements and corrections, rather than a fitness tracker, match-result rating or independent check of physical attendance. Stringing orders do not add playing hours.
If one accepted participant did not attend, the organiser can submit a private no-show report within seven days of the hit's end. The participant has 72 hours to dispute it. An undisputed report takes effect after that window; a disputed report has no effect unless an administrator upholds it.
An effective no-show report changes attendance and shared-play credit, never that participant's payment or refund. Use the report and its response deadline shown in Activity. A safety concern should be reported separately through the relevant Report action.
If nobody played, the organiser should record the whole hit as not played within seven days. This removes completed and shared-play credit for everyone, closes individual no-show reports and starts refunds of amounts paid online. It does not process money collected at the venue.
Saved searches keeps the searches you want to reuse and your optional active alert. Profile controls your public presentation. Settings separately contains Identity & confirmation, Notifications, Privacy & safety, and Account & data. On a narrow screen, the workspace menu provides the same destinations and Help & guides.
