Go from a request to a secured place, coordinate with the group and know what to do when plans change.
An accepted free or Pay at venue arrangement does not need online Checkout. Follow the named recipient's venue-payment instructions where a payment is due.
If an online amount is required, acceptance gives you a Pay action and deadline on the hit. Review your saved quote and complete Checkout before that deadline. A pending payment is not proof of success; use the status shown by PlayHitters. Your quote shows any separate amount still payable at the venue.
If payment fails or remains uncertain, reopen the same arrangement and follow its recovery action. Do not send a second payment outside that flow to clear an unclear status. Payments and refunds remain visible in My tennis.
The private arrangement contains the organiser's updates and the contact details eligible participants have shared. Use the directions and calendar actions where shown, and check any schedule updates before travelling. PlayHitters does not book the court.
Private per-hit contact choices are separate from public provider information and profile-email visibility. On a Starter hit, requester phone and email sharing stays off; the organiser shares their email with accepted players. Per-hit contact access ends when the hit ends or is cancelled; blocking also restricts access.
Share the public hit link if you want someone else to see it. Sharing does not invite or accept them automatically, and the public link does not reveal private coordination details.
Withdraw a pending request or use the available leave action on your arrangement. Read the cancellation and refund consequence before confirming. Eligible pre-start withdrawals and host cancellations start a full refund of the online amount paid; at-venue money must be resolved with its recipient.
The organiser can edit time and surface before the current start while the hit is editable. Agree a change with the group and recheck venue availability. A replacement is a new arrangement, with new requests; existing places and payments do not transfer automatically.
If a profile or hit becomes unavailable, My tennis can retain private schedule and recovery information for your existing arrangement. Use those actions for leaving or checking a refund.
The action may be unavailable because the hit is full, started or closed, your account needs a playing claim, or paid participation needs community confirmation. The current screen explains your available next step. Check Identity & confirmation rather than creating another account.
After play, Activity brings together completed history and attendance actions. If you receive a no-show report, review its response deadline. Report a safety concern through the relevant Report action; an attendance correction serves a different purpose.
